Peace to win War

A fight is a war. Regardless of how many people involved, a fight is simply a war.

In the police academy they told us, when you tell a subject to do something, and he doesn't...you are at war.

So in a bar fight, domestic fight, street fight, you are at war with another human being.

In order to win such a war, you must daily think about peace and what peace is to you.

Peace to me is the laughter of my toddler niece. Peace is friends and family. Peace is the smell of fire places in Winter and the taste of good food. Peace is the idea of the man I am daily trying to become. I am obsessed with peace.

This is why I train in self defense, to preserve my peace and ensure that I will always have it.

The more I am in thought of peace, the less I am compelled to be at war.

Peace saves me...war simply stands in my way. Nothing will stand in my way to get my peace.

Train this way always.
