Get off your ass.

Just a quick thought...

Last time I read, history was made by those who got off their ass and achieved.

"Participation awards" and group medals are things we created in this recent time to promote sensitivity amongst those of us who need pushing...but do not get it.

Achievement builds character! Defeat builds character! We need both!

How does this apply to self defense? You think your attacker is going to give you a pat on the back and go easy on you just because you gave your best? GIVE MORE.

Demand more of yourself.
